B.Good Prices: How much is B.Good?
The concept of fast-food as guilt-free food is an uncommon one in the restaurant business. Fast-food, after all, means unhealthy servings of fat-laden, salt-rich burgers, hotdogs, and French fries so there’s nothing guilt-free about it. Below are the latest B.Good menu prices.

History
The B.Good concept was created by two friends, Anthony and Jon, on August 20, 2002 after their realization that the Boston metropolitan area suffered from a dearth restaurants offering good-tasting, low-cost, and healthier food. In the succeeding months, the duo also persuaded others, including a private investor, a renowned chef, and a management expert, to come on board.
By September 2003, the construction of the first B.Good restaurant started in its current location, 131 Dartmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
What They’re Famous For
The B.Good restaurant offers a wide variety of contemporary American favorites from burgers and sandwiches to sodas, shakes, and smoothies. But these are prepared with a difference from the fast-food joints – the food is as real as it gets! The restaurant makes it a point to get their ingredients from local producers, as well as to prepare the food in a way that enhances their nutrient value and innate flavors.
Why Eat Here
The B.Good restaurant is a great place for bringing your family and friends for lunch and dinner, even for breakfast in case you want to feed them a fantastic meal to start their day. The casual ambiance attracts students, young professionals, and couples, as well as families with their kids, which usually result in a lively atmosphere. The place can be filled with people during the lunch hours but due to the crew members’ efficient service, it doesn’t feel too harried at all.
The wide variety of food caters to young and old diners alike, especially the ones who want their fast-food, guilt-free fix. There are even several people apparently from the nearby gym enjoying their filling and satisfying breakfasts, many of the items of which are rich in proteins. The dishes are served in large portions, too, which are perfect for people with large appetites or for sharing with others.
The menu can be overwhelming but most of the food are familiar. Your choices include fresh salads made with fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and dressings; grain and veggie bowls for a carbohydrate fix; and burgers and sandwiches but with healthy twists.
You may want to try the Spicy Avocado and Lime bowl, which contains quinoa, kale, avocado, corn, black beans, grape tomatoes, lime, cilantro, and queso fresco with a red pepper vinaigrette and chipotle puree. Your next meal can be an order of the Power Bowl, an energizing mix of carrots, kale, shiitake crisps, Brussels sprouts, and pepitas with a tomato-and-egg vinaigrette mixed with quinoa and chicken.
The bowls are, indeed, among the most creative we have seen so far so there’s always something to excite the palate. The sides are just as interesting, such as the sweet potato fries, mac n’ cheese, and hummus with the B.Good healthy twist. These sides are also found in other restaurants but the B.Good way means that these are made from fresh, natural and organic ingredients – but you have to find out for yourself by eating here.
Did you know that even the sodas are guilt-free here? You will not find the usual soda brands with their high sugar content here since the soda is made from pure cane juices. Your orders of smoothies and shakes are also made of natural ingredients particularly fruits and organic milk – no preservatives, additives and flavorings here.
There are no alcoholic beverages on the menu, which is just as well. The focus here is on healthy food and alcoholic beverages may not exactly fit the bill.
You may also want to download their app, which provides information about specials and the like. You can also earn reward points for your loyal patronage, a cool add-on to your already enjoyable dining experience. You don’t have to make reservations, however, but you can order takeout and avail of their catering services.
The restaurant’s interiors are clean from the dining area to the restrooms, so your dining experience isn’t marred by the sight of cockroaches, dirty sinks, and stinky toilets. The bright lighting adds to the family-friendly atmosphere and draws attention to the beautiful presentation of the dishes. The modes of payment are cash and credit cards.
On a last note, the crew members are friendly, attentive and courteous toward the customers. Even the cashiers have a smile on their faces even when the day becomes too busy with the lunch crowd.
